I don't get it?

I started chatting with this guy I went to high school with ,but I didn't know him them. Anyways we started chatting he seemed to a very nice guy. He proceeded to tell me he had male Breast Cancer and of course I felt for him.. Then he said he wanted to get to know me better and I thought ok that is fine. I think the next day it was he told me he was addicted to sex. He don't cheat but he likes to have sex 3 or 4 times a day.  I didn't take him to seriously then he started talking about sexual stuff. I am sorry I don't like to cyber chat with anyone, And why would I with someone I barely know in the same place. I told him that don't do anything for me..he says well I do wanna still get to know you.. But you wanna know something I haven't heard back from him since. I text him Friday to see how he is doing because I am concerned he had brest cancer and I knew he had a doctors appointment coming up.. he never responded. Oh well atleast I found out before it went any further.
